Adding Clients to Your client List


How to manually add clients.


Access Client list and Add Clients 

  • Navigate to Backstage: From Homepage. go to Backstage, then click on Clients on the Backstage menu. 
  • Add a New Client: Click the Add icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
  • Enter Client Details: Provide the client's full name, phone number and email address.Save the Information: Click Save to add the client to your list.



How To Delete a Client


Saying goodbye can be hard, but we understand that sometimes it’s necessary. When the time comes, we’re here to make the process of deleting clients from your account as quick and simple as possible.


Deleting A Client


  1. In the Backstage menu, click on "Clients", then select the client you wish to delete.
  2. Click Delete at top-right corner.
  3. Confirm the deletion by clicking Delete in the confirmation window to finalize.




How to Block a Client

 We understand that sometimes a Professional and client may not be the best match. If you need to prevent a client from booking with you again, we've made it easy to block them directly from your client list.

Blocking a Client


  1. In the Backstage menu, click on "Clients", then select the client you wish to delete.
  2. Click Block at on top-right.
  3. Confirm the deletion by clicking Block in the confirmation window to finalize.




Note: 

Blocking will apply to the current client account. However, it’s possible for a blocked client to create a new account. If this happens and you continue to experience issues with the client, please don’t hesitate to submit a ticket. Our Compliance team will assist in monitoring the situation.
