How to Manage My Appointments on Mimbbo

1. Accessing Appointments:

  • From your Backstage dashboard, navigate to the left-side menu and click on Appointments. This will display all your upcoming and past appointments.



2.  Appointments for Specific Periods:

  • You can filter appointments by Next 7 Days, Last 7 Days, or Next Month using the options at the top right.
  • On the calendar, you can select a specific date to see appointments scheduled for that day.

3.  Appointments Details:

Once you select a specific appointment, click on View Details to access the detailed information about that appointment.

  • Client Name
  • Service Provided: (e.g., Nails).
  • Total Cost: (e.g., $65.00).
  • Payment Method: (e.g., Cash).
  • Appointment Status: (Active).

Booking details such as : 

  • Direct
  • Active or Canceled
  • Date, time and location of the appointment.
  • Total cost of the service
  • Service Provided


4. Appointment Options:


On the details page, click the three vertical dots to access options:

  • Cancel: Cancel the appointment.
  • Call or Email: Contact the client directly.
  • Payment Method: Change the payment method.
  • Charge Deposit: Charge a deposit for the appointment.


6.  Additional Features:

  • The platform also allows you to add new customer appointments by clicking the "+" sign near the "New Customer Appointment" section 




By following these steps, you should be able to effectively manage your appointments on Mimbbo.
