Manage Booking Request

  1. Go to Your Business Dashboard:

    • From your Mimbbo Backstage, navigate to the Appointments section.
    • Look for the Pending Booking Requests under the "Business Overview" or "Appointments" tab.
  2. View Booking Request Details:

    • Click on the pending booking request to view the details.

  3. Review Client Information & Booking Details:

    • Check the client’s details (name, contact info, service requested, and any special notes).
    • Review the date, time, and service amount.

  4. Accept or Decline the Request:

    • If everything looks good, click the Accept button. Alternatively, you can choose to Decline if necessary.

  5. Confirmation:

    • After accepting the booking, the request will change status to "Active."
    • The client will be notified, and the booking will be officially scheduled.

This quick process helps you manage and confirm appointments efficiently.
