How to Book an Appointment
- Access the Backstage: Log in and navigate to the backstage area.
- Click on "Make a Booking": Initiate the booking process.
2. Add a Service: Click on "Add a Service" to proceed.
- Choose from the Service Menu or Showcases: Select a service by browsing through the service menu or showcase options.
- Select a Showcase: Click on an image to choose a showcase.
3. Add a Client:
- Choose "Add Client."
- Select an existing client from the client list or add a new one.
4. Set a Time Slot:
- Pick a time slot from the calendar, or enter a custom date.
5. Select a Payment Method:
- Choose the payment method.
- Optionally, edit the price on the summary screen.
- Confirm and Continue: Review the details and click "Continue" to finalize the booking then click "Book
How To Cancel an Appointment
- Access the Backstage: From the homepage, click on Manage My Business.
- Go to Appointments: Select Appointments from the menu on the left-hand side.
- Find the Appointment: Locate the appointment you want to cancel and click View Details.
- Cancel the Appointment: Click the three dots (options menu), then select Cancel.
5. Confirm the Cancellation: Click cancel to confirm your cancellation and your appointment will be successfully canceled.
