Sometimes you may need to issue a refund to a client. If you processed the payment through Mimbbo, you can easily refund either the full or partial amount. Refunds generally take 2-3 days to appear on the client’s statement, depending on their bank, though it may take up to 10 days in some cases.

How to Issue a Refund
- Go to Manage My Business.
- Select Wallet from the menu on the left.
3. Click Withdraw and choose the appointment you want to refund.
- Note: The appointment must be checked in first. Learn how to check in an appointment here.
4. Click Issue a Refund.
5. Click Proceed.
6. Confirm by selecting Refund.
